In 2006, Greg and two other pastors founded this global movement of people and churches resisting the cultural Christmas narrative of consumption by choosing a revolutionary Christmas through Worshipping Fully, Spending Less, Giving More and Loving All.

A new edition of the Advent Conspiracy book was published in 2018.

Evangelical Fellowship of Zimbabwe (EFZ) exists to help preach the gospel and equip church leaders, organizing the pastoral training conferences led by Greg in vulnerable communities in Zimbabwe.

Greg sits on the Board of Directors for Living Water International, an organization which exists to demonstrate the love of God by helping communities acquire desperately needed clean water, and to experience “living water”—the gospel of Jesus Christ—which alone satisfies the deepest thirst.

Greg has had the privilege of traveling the world with Living Water International.

As a contributing author and partner of World Vision, Greg has traveled to the Middle East to see firsthand what it looks like for a global Christian humanitarian organization to partner with with children, families, and their communities to reach their full potential by tackling the causes of poverty and injustice.
